In the product approach, product development is outsourced to India by our clients. This can be complete or partial product development. In some cases, new modules have to be built for an existing product whereas in other cases, a product has to be developed from scratch. India plays an important role in the specifications phase here especially if a product is developed from scratch. India and Holland work in close collaboration in a very interactive manner to define the specifications.

A dedicated model is most suited for product development since this ensures that the knowledge remains in-house in India and the resources working on the product are completely familiar with the product. They can be perceived as an extension of the team in Holland .
