I rate my overall experience with Eastern Enterprise as excellent. Not only I have learned a lot but have also met some fantastic people who have encouraged me to explore new aspects in personal & professional life. The one thing which drives me most is the diversity of work I encounter. Various sessions and Tech Meetups are held by the firm to keep us updated with the current trends in the market. Various activities which are carried out by HR department are commendable which makes the workplace a joyful, friendly environment and develops strong bond among colleagues.

My journey has been ecstatic with EE, because this was very new for me from working in a 2BHK office with few employees and clients to moving to a much broad view today in terms of growth.
What motivates me is the clarity and expectations in work. Working with the leadership here itself helps gain a lot of experience; with the breadth of knowledge I gain from their interactions.

I have been impressed how everyone here works with a goal oriented approach. I have enjoyed and appreciate company’s priorities, values and culture. The company operates with a positive attitude and has its primacies right. They care about their customers and employees and work considerably and competently to succeed. Respect, care and excellence are the qualities that exude from the top and flow throughout the company. Every employee is allowed to wear multiple hats and empowered with freedom to make decisions. Here, there is always something challenging happening and every day is filled with new learning opportunities.

Eastern Enterprise has been quite a journey for me. I joined Eastern Enterprise in 2013 and worked part-time in Business Development during my studies. In 2014, I did my graduation assignment for Eastern Enterprise, where I also had the opportunity to visit India. It was an amazing experience. After my graduation assignment, I got the offer to work as a Business Development Manager, which I gladly accepted and am still happily doing as of now.
Eastern Enterprise not only empowers software, but their employees as well.

Eastern Enterprise has one of the best employee friendly environments and policies. The employees are considered as members of a family. There are multiple events and games every month organized by the HR Team and I completely love them. I have learnt so many new technologies here with the support of EE while receiving good appreciation from higher management for our good work and always very supportive in tough situations, which makes my experience worth it at Eastern Enterprise.

Working at Eastern Enterprise is fun, full of learning and enjoyable. I really like the work culture and employee friendly atmosphere here which makes me feel motivated in my work. EE has always had an excellent team with wide range of skill sets, which can help any client to achieve their objectives and goals. Opportunities are higher to learn and grow at EE.

Eastern Enterprise is an ocean of opportunities, wherein, if a person joins with the right mindset and attitude, there is no bar for the growth. Having cooperative, flexible and dutch work culture, really motivates me to start my day to work and take further initiatives and responsibilities.
