Eligibility and Selection Process

  • You should have a minimum of 2 years of continuous experience before the career break
  • Duration of break: Minimum one year
  • You will be evaluated against parameters such as technical skills and roles and responsibilities handled in your previous organization
  • Suitable candidates will be contacted by the Talent Acquisition team to participate in multiple rounds of technical and managerial interviews​
  • Selected candidates will be offered full-time, regular employment at Eastern Enterprise​
